Susie's funeral was very well attended by friends and family with lots of flowers, as she wished. The service was held at St.Bartholomew's Church in Burwash on Thursday 29th January at 2pm. She is laid to rest in the grounds of the church overlooking the valley and in earshot of the joyful sounds of children at play from the local primary school.
